I Remember…
October15
Today is October 15, National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Remembrance Day and rather than post some stupid snarky story about getting a flu shot (because, ahem, I’m apparently a geriatric), I’m going to choose to remember.
Today, we all will remember:
Baby JP
JoeJoe Sherman
Baby Nick
Jonathan
Baby K, Gabriel Connor, Christian Elliot
Emmerson
Baby Kuyper
Mara S.
Now, I’ll be happy to add to this list, as I know I haven’t even begun to properly pay tribute to all of these lives, so if you’d like me to add your child’s name, please don’t hesitate to email me becky (at) dwink (dot) net or leave me a comment and I will email you.
At 7 pm tonight, I will burn a candle in memory of all the lost souls out there. May they each rest in eternal peace.
Thank you Becky. Can you burn a second candle for me tonight? I’ll be at work at 7pm, and I don’t think my boss would take too kindly to me lighting a candle during dinner rush. I’d appreciate it.
Your post brought tears to my eyes. Can you please add my 3 angels to your list?
Baby K
Gabriel Connor
Christian Elliot
I have a necklace with the intended birthstones for all of my angels and my two living children that I wear almost every day. If anyone wants to order one, or just check out the beautiful website, the link is

thank you sweet friend.
I have been thinking of you so much, I hope you are doing alright. Drop me a line if you want to chat.
You are wonderful to remember.
What lucky angels we have, that they all have their Aunt Becky to remember them with us. Thank you for this. It is so beautiful, so touching… every time I read Aodin’s name on another blog I get a little weepy but in a GOOD way.
Love you for this. I hope you’re doing well!
Thoughts and Prayers
Hey my favourite aunt. Can you take out Gabe’s last name? It’s just really an obscure name, and it might make it too easy for someone on the big bad internet to find us. . . .
XO, Becky. Nothing more.
I’ll be thinking of you all as I light a candle tonight to honor my brother’s family and the niece or nephew that is waiting for us in Heaven.
It makes my heart physically ache to read so many names. I’ll remember.

You’re about the sweetest soul ever, Aunt Becky. Hugs.
May they each rest in peace.
It’s really great of you to remember.
Thanks Becky.

What a lovely idea. I shall join you. May all those lost be remembered lovingly and find peace.
thank you….this means a lot to us.

I’ll be remembering all the little angels as I light my candle tonight at 7pm.
I still puffy heart you dude. Thanks for remembering him and all of the babies taken away too soon. I hate that the list gets longer each time you put it up but am thankful that everytime you do put it up it means their lives are not forgotten.
xo
Thank you so, so much. Printing her name like that on your blog makes me . . . weepy, but in a proud sort of way.
Nothing but love for you, Aunt B, nothing but love.
Though I have never lost a life, I have yearned so deeply for one for almost a year and a half now and this post is beautiful and so thoughtful and brought tears to my eyes.
you are a good soul.
I will light a candle for my niece who was born stillborn as well as those you have mentioned. peace.
I had no idea such a date existed. But many hugs for putting it up. All those tiny people who occupy such huge spaces in our hearts deserve to be remembered.
